  3. The ones I know are VERY hard working farmer genius hillbilly types. The owner of the shop I work at is self made; he farms, collects and restores heavy equipment...actually, anything he can get his hands on, including John Deere tractors, cranes, CNC machines (restore AND retrofit with modern controls, etc)...and all of the guys there seem to follow the same philosophy. Most of his guys have been there for 20 to 30 years, and there's some GREAT stories. VERY tight knit crew. Very good, solid people, too..and most of them were born and raised right THERE, on family farms within 5 minutes walking distance.

    I can get more into it when I get back home..and some better pics of the area. I love it there. It's mechanical hillbilly heaven.
